Ruth Lite is the Director of Employee Resource Groups and Inclusion at Visa. She is a diversity, equity and inclusion leader focused on creating spaces of inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
Prior to working for Visa, Ruth worked for Under Armour (UA), where she held various roles in HR during her 7-year tenure. She implemented the companywide goal setting, performance management, and succession planning processes. She also advocated for and created her own role in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – and became the first-ever full-time employee in the DEI space at UA. In that role, Ruth managed the Global ERG Program, led DEI reporting and analytics, helped address any bias that was found in organizational processes, led the talent development process for underrepresented communities, helped set and track measurable DEI goals for executive leaders, and led several organization-wide DEI talks, trainings and events.
Outside of work, you can find Ruth planning her next getaway. She loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultural experiences. In her free time, Ruth stays active by chasing after her two dogs, toddler and husband.
