Dates/Times

• September 23-24, 2024 (optional activity, September 25, 2024)
• Monday, September 23, 2024
  • 9:00 – 10:00 am: Registration
  • 10:00 am – 3:30 pm: Conference
  • 3:30 – 4:30 pm: Reception (in-person only)
  • Evening: Dine-a-rounds (optional dinner with a small group of conference attendees; sign up at the conference; participants are responsible for their own dinners, in-person only)
• Tuesday, September 24, 2024
  • 8:30 – 9:30 am: Breakfast and networking (virtual option TBD)
  • 9:30 am – 3:00 pm: Conference

Registration

• Early Bird Registration: $955.00 per person up until August 25, 2024
  
• Just-in-Time Registration: $1,075.00 per person, from August 26 through September 20, 2024
• The in-person and virtual registration fees are the same
• The registration fee does not include the optional add-on activity listed below (ERG Leadership Certificate)

Group Registration and Payment:

• A team lead can pay for a group in one transaction and a conference code will be provided for team members to use during the registration process
• Groups of 8 or more participants receive a 10% conference discount beginning January 1, 2024

ERG LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE

ERG Leadership Certificate (only available for in-person attendees)
Title: ERG Leadership Certificate
Description: The ERG Leadership Certificate course components consist of the following:

• Brief history of and introduction to ERGs
• ERG business case and business alignment
• Structure: ERG charter, enterprise structure, group structure, ERG and Executive Sponsor roles and responsibilities
• Internal partners/collaborations: Communications, HR, DEI, IT, leadership
• External partners: Community engagement
• Management and operations: ERG launch, recruitment, programming, engagement, retention, growth
• Evaluation: metrics, shared outcomes

Date/Time: Wednesday, September 25, 2024; 9:00 am –  3:30 pm EST
Participation Fee: $525.00 per person (includes a $470.00 conference discount; standard fee is $995)
