Participation Type

  • In-Person Date/Time: Wednesday, September 20, 2023; 9am-5pm ET
  • Virtual Date/Time: Wednesday, September 27 & 28, 2023; 1-4:30pm ET

Registration

  • Early Bird Registration: $465.00 per person up until August 18, 2023
  • Just-in-Time Registration: $505.00 per person from August 19 through September 18, 2023
  • The in-person and virtual registration fee is the same
  • The registration fee does not include the optional add-on activities listed below (pre-conference workshop, ERG Leadership Certificate)

Group Registration and Payment:

  • A team lead can register and pay for a group of 8 or more in one transaction
  • Groups of 8 or more participants receive a 10% discount (automatically calculated and provided in the group registration process)
  • To receive group benefits, a team lead must use the group registration form

1-A. New and Early-Stage ERG Pre-Conference Workshop 
Title: New and Early Stage ERG Workshop 
Description: This workshop is designed for new and early-stage ERG members and groups. ERG and DEI professionals will provide guidance on creation, structure, purpose, priorities, implementation, leadership, challenges and business alignment. Includes group discussions, Q&A and exercises.

1-B. Advanced ERG Pre-Conference Workshop
Title: Advanced ERG Workshop
Description: This workshop is designed for ERG members and groups with mature and advanced status and longevity. ERG and DEI professionals will lead discussions on ‘what’s next’ and how to elevate individual and group growth, outreach, collaboration and impact. Participants will have the opportunity to submit discussion topics. Includes group discussions, Q&A and exercises.

2. ERG Leadership Certificate (only available for in-person attendees)
Title: ERG Leadership Certificate
Description: The ERG Leadership Certificate course components consist of the following:

  • Brief history of and introduction to ERGs
  • ERG business case and business alignment
  • Structure: ERG charter, enterprise structure, group structure, ERG and Executive Sponsor roles and responsibilities
  • Internal partners/collaborations: Communications, HR, DEI, IT, leadership
  • External partners: Community engagement
  • Management and operations: ERG launch, recruitment, programming, engagement, retention, growth
  • Evaluation: metrics, shared outcomes

Participation Fee: $400.00 per person (includes a $350.00 conference discount)
