Shaina Tamburr leads the Cisco Transformation Center’s Execution Management Office with responsibility for driving the company’s programs that will accelerate the growth of recurring revenue. She partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure solution success by supporting incubation, driving acceleration, and ensuring readiness to scale.

As an accomplished business leader, Shaina is adept at translating high-level business strategy and requirements into actionable programs that enhance the speed at which leaders can quickly scale business priorities. She is recognized for her ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives, defining, and standardizing best practices and processes that support data-driven insights and accelerated outcomes.

Shaina is a proven and respected leader with a passion for establishing operational rigor and governance that drive successful outcomes. Prior to her current role, Shaina led the Customer Experience (CX) Centers Excellence & Standardization team and was instrumental in establishing strong foundations for the CX Centers business through standardizing and optimizing how people and processes engage, operate, and align to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Previously, she led Operations for Cisco Managed Services (CMS) with responsibilities in Business Strategy and Planning, Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations, Process Optimization, and Business Case Development. Since joining Cisco in 2006, Shaina has also worked in North American Sales and Worldwide Services Sales organizations, where she created and managed Portfolio Management, Program Management and Business Transformation offices.

As a respected team leader, Shaina excels in attracting and mentoring talent, and building highly productive, cross-functional teams able to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.  She is an active mentor in Cisco’s JUMP Women’s Leadership Program and Connected Black Professionals and is the Emerging Talent Network’s RTP site Executive Sponsor, working with emerging talent employees to help them achieve their goals and career advancement.

Shaina holds a BA in Clinical Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University and MBA from Santa Clara University. She completed the Executive Leadership Program at University of California Berkeley, HaaS School of Business and is certified in Portfolio Management through Stanford University. Shaina lives in North Carolina with her husband and two children and trains, coaches, and competes as an avid CrossFit athlete.
