Omar, is a proud Husband, Dad, a Systems Architect for the Federal Team @ Cisco, an Army Veteran, and an Inclusive Communities Leader in RTP (Research Triangle Park). He is driven by the opportunity to positively impact people in their professional careers, helping others grow as leaders, and is a diversity and inclusion advocate. As a diverse leader, his goals are to connect people and to continue to grow together within the IT industry. In addition to his day-to-day job functions, Omar enjoys Baseball (Go Yankees!), indoor activities with his family, and his two mini-dachshunds.
