Her efforts led to a nearly 15% YoY increase in sales, a 19% YoY surge in marketing-generated leads, and 152% YoY growth in social traffic. Furthermore, she transformed the marketing approach from trade show–centric to digital and revolutionized the marketing team, elevating roles from order takers to invaluable strategic partners.
At LORD Corporation, Melissa played a pivotal role in the company’s transition to a market-driven focus, rebranding the company, reorganizing the marketing team, and crafting a unique content strategy that contributed to reaching $1B milestone. Earlier at Time Warner Cable, Melissa rapidly advanced from public affairs to ultimately serve as vice president of integrated communications management.
