Kaitlin has been with Hitachi Energy (formerly ABB) for 11 years. She is currently the Chair of the Military and Allies ERG and a member of all six ERGs within Hitachi Energy.  The Military and Allies ERG is a community of North American employee veterans and allies who support and encourage each other through shared experiences and engagement. Previously she was the Co-Chair (2022) and then Chair (2023) of the Women in Energy ERG. She has also been a member of various community outreach groups internally and externally throughout her career.

Kaitlin works as the CAPEX and Indirect Category Manager for the North American Transformer Organization within Hitachi Energy. In this role, she supports eight factories across North America in their purchases of large manufacturing equipment as well as indirect materials and services. Kaitlin received two degrees – Physics and Communications – from Cleveland State University and her M.B.A. from Lake Erie College in Ohio.
