Jeff Despain is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager for Advance Auto Parts. He works to enable access to and increase participation in DEI offerings across the enterprise by centralizing the ERG structure (previously chapter model), aligning the ERG program strategic focus with the recently updated DEI strategy, and implementing a software platform that features all ERG events and communications in a single location. He has helped to increase the ERG membership by 581% in the first year.
