Jason Wei is the Founder and CEO of Discover Live, a live video travel platform where real local guides lead interactive, live-streamed cultural experiences. The platform spans hundreds of destinations on six continents and has served hundreds of thousands of participants worldwide. Discover Live partners with Fortune 100 companies to help ERGs and people teams move beyond one-time cultural celebrations toward recurring programs that build engagement, connection, and belonging across a distributed workforce.

That inclusion runs deep in the platform itself. Discover Live offers audio-described tours for blind and low-vision explorers, and serves older adults through partners like Senior Planet from AARP and New York State Office for Aging. Before founding Discover Live, Jason was President of US East at PharmaCann, one of the largest vertically integrated cannabis companies in the US. Earlier, he led global product development for McDonald’s Happy Meal toys at The Marketing Store. His teams delivered more than 6 billion toys to 119 countries without a single mandatory safety recall. He previously held product and operations leadership roles at Newell Brands. Jason serves on the Fortune AIQ Advisory Board and is a board director at the Hearing, Speech and Deaf Center. He holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
