I am a purpose-driven leader, mentor, and coach who believes sustained performance is built at the intersection of people, culture, and disciplined execution. Throughout my career, I have led teams across sales, service, servant and athletic leadership by combining high emotional intelligence with intentional development, an inclusive approach, and a relentless focus on growth.

In my current role, I lead the team responsible for providing support and governance of Fidelity’s Associate Business Resource Groups (ABRGs), ensuring their work and programing align with our Diversity & Inclusion strategy, strengthens an inclusive culture, and delivers meaningful business impact. I also serve on the Texas Regional Leadership Team, representing more than 13,000 associates across the Westlake campus and partnering to shape the associate experience at scale.

My leadership approach is informed by both enterprise experience and deep technical expertise. I hold active FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 51 licenses, along with a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, allowing me to lead with credibility, clarity, and strategic insight.

Beyond the corporate environment, athletics has profoundly shaped my leadership philosophy. After assisting the launch of the program and nearly six years as Associate Assistant Head Coach for the Texas Wesleyan University Men’s and Women’s Wrestling programs (NAIA), I now proudly serve as a Volunteer Assistant Wrestling Coach. Together, our teams earned various Men’s and Women’s S.A.C. Championship titles and developed six national finalists and two national champions. Coaching continues to reinforce my belief that excellence is cultivated through trust, accountability, resilience, and a shared commitment to something greater than oneself.
