Throughout his career, Gary has worked with and led great teams (large and small) bringing industry-leading solutions to market and leading innovation now with Kyndryl and prior with IBM to change how professionals work and how we better face our clients. As a divisional CIO and enterprise CDO, he’s had the opportunity to partner with clients and C-Suite leaders, imagine strategies, streamline processes, and enable improvements through “first of a kind” data and technology solutions.
As a business-focused technology executive, Gary has led teams across many areas including human resources, workforce management, product development, product marketing, product support, sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, and operations. He’s recruited and built global, high-performance teams and enabled them to succeed as an effective servant leader. Gary has controlled large budgets through careful operations-focused management and successfully increased return while reducing expense.
As a leader in the community, Gary currently sits on boards of three non-profit organizations centered on important topics related to Indigenous Americans.
