Frank influences altruistic decision-making and process improvements that align with mission, strategy, culture, and organizational attunement utilizing collaborative efforts. He creates dashboards, presentations, and training based on HRIS outputs combined with qualitative surveys from SPSS into visualization platforms.

Frank has decades of experience as a classroom facilitator (1000+ measured sessions) utilizing train the trainer, diversity, and conflict facilitation. A diversity professional, he is an organizational developer, conference instructor/thought contributor, and instructional designer who works within talent, culture, and market (attract, retain, develop).

He creates a sustainable balance for stakeholders (external) and employees (internal) by leveraging inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, and training toward ROI/Scorecards/Self-Guided Goals (culminating with genuine, motivational experiences).

Belief in followership value as a foundation to lead, he leverages operational plans, surveys, HRIS output, benchmarks, new data points, employee input, and personal connections to bridge workforce performance and company effectiveness.
