Erin is a Director of Goodness at Benevity, the global leader in corporate social responsibility (CSR) technology with two decades of leadership experience in the CSR, nonprofit, and social impact sectors.
For the last ten years, Erin has either led corporate engagement programs or guided conversations focused on DEI and engagement. At Benevity, Erin can be found sharing strategy with leaders from a diversity of sectors and areas. She leads purposeful conversations on employee resource groups and social impact strategy including Benevity’s Affinity Group and Employee Engagement platforms. Experienced on all sides of successful programs and DEI initiatives, Erin recognizes that technology is often the key differentiator between an “okay” program and an “outstanding” program – allowing for the best employee experience, communication, and data to drive engagement and overall, ROI.
Before joining Benevity, Erin was a leader on TD’s US Social Impact team managing CSR programs and partnerships with national nonprofits such as the United Way, First Book, and Special Olympics. In addition, she has served as a Director for both the Maine chapter of the March of Dimes and a Massachusetts-based foundation focused on preventing and ending family homelessness in Boston, the Family-to-Family Project.
Erin believes that we can all “do well by doing good” and is passionate about philanthropy, maternal health, ending homelessness for families and children, and empowering people to make a difference. When not sharing Benevity’s story of Goodness, Erin can be found with her family exploring the beautiful coast of Maine, cheering for her children from the sidelines, volunteering, or walking with her pup, Ellie.
