David is currently the Human Resources DEI Manager for the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC. He previously held the positions of Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Employee Relations at Volvo Group and head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Shutterfly and Spoonflower. He spent 18+ years at Blue Cross NC, where he served as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Dave has 25 years of combined experience in operations, customer service, sales, marketing, communications, human resources, and DEI.
