Camilla Collins
Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Ellucianshe/her/hers
Collins is responsible for cultivating an inclusive and equitable culture that celebrates differences, attracts diverse talent and inspires an environment that enables all employees to do their best work. Prior to Ellucian, she worked at Bank of America as a Senior Vice President for 20 years in various leadership positions. Collins transitioned into DEI during the last eight years of her career at the bank, where she helped to develop and execute the inaugural DEI strategy for over 250,000 employees.
Camilla held various consumer and commercial leadership roles at AT&T for 10 years, prior to joining the bank.
She is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified, a graduate of the Diversity Leadership Academy and Liberty University, where she earned an MBA in Organizational Management. She is the board of director chair for a non-profit committed to teaching underserved children and seniors to swim. Collins resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with her family.
