After 24 years of service in the United States Air Force, she now serves as a PM and Data Management leader at Schneider Electric.

While in the AF, Amber spent time in Special Operations, led and managed people, programs, and projects, and developed extensive experience in the field of aviation, human resources, and language. Thanks to the Skill Bridge program and Hiring Our Heroes, she was able to secure an internship with Schneider Electric. During the internship, she developed a recognition program, created and refined communications for various entities and programs, authored a mentorship program, and identified onboarding milestones. She has now advanced within the company and is part of a team that supports sustainable energy for all and smart energy management on a global scale.
