Abel has over 10 years of experience in DEI strategy and nearly 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience working with organizations across different industries (including multiple Fortune 500) on HR benefits, retirement benefits lifecycle planning, diversity-focused initiatives, and many other HR-specific issues that drive inclusive employee experiences.
