Jami Stewart is the Vice President of CX Centers Americas at Cisco. She leads a team of ~5,200 employees and partners dedicated to applying technical excellence and simplifying digital transformations for customers.
Her 25-year career at Cisco spans Technical Services, Operations, HR, Strategic Planning, and Customer Experience.
Jami is committed to working on interests close to her heart. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) and is a proud Executive Sponsor of both Cisco Pride and Women in Cisco connected community chapters located in RTP, NC.
She is obsessed with fixing problems, is a strong advocate for people development, and has a passion for a work environment supporting full spectrum diversity. She believes in a world where technology levels the playing field between people of all races, geographies, and economic statuses.
Jami received a Major in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She currently lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Joe and her puppies Banjo and Brutus.
