United Partnerships is the creator and host of the ERG Leadership Conference. The company conceptualizes and implements initiatives and campaigns that lift up individuals, groups, organizations and communities, to create impactful connections. In addition to the conference, United Partnerships’ offerings consist of an ERG Leadership Certificate program, ERG workshops and training, and advisement in the areas of communication, community, culture (employee resource groups) and collaboration.
Amy Baldwin (she/her/hers) is the founder and President of United Partnerships, and is passionate about workplace culture, people and leadership development, and fostering meaningful connections and collaborations. With over 25 years of experience, she is an influential and innovative communication, community relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, and event production leader. She drives change through complex organizations, and develops structure, messaging and programs that create an understanding of broad initiatives that motivate people into action. Amy delivers strategies that change culture, foster partnerships, increase retention and strengthen engagement. For 10 years, she served in multiple ERG capacities: Executive Sponsor; groups supervisor; advisor; group founder; and strategic consultant. Amy holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northern Arizona University and several certificates in communications and DEI.
