Michelle Smith is a District Manager for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality and has served in several operational roles during her 25-year career with the organization. She is known for being an inspiring, results-oriented, and strategic leader, who can create dynamic team development and innovative thinking to provide valuable business insights and partner with clients to provide exceptional customer solutions, and serve as a mentor for leaders within the organization. Additionally, Michelle serves as the South Region DEI Champion for Collegiate Hospitality, LEAD ERG Workforce Co-Chair, and EMPOWER ERG member within Aramark and in 2019, Inspiring Leader “Integrity and Respect Always” award recipient and LEAD ERG Dynamic LEADer award recipient in 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Institutional Administration from Texas Woman’s University. Michelle currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, David, of 18 years, and their little morkie, Max. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, watching college football, and spending time with friends and family.
