Currently, I have the honor of directing over 50 programs and partnerships and stewarding a dedicated team of 15. My work is centered on ensuring that our entire organization not only meets its goals but also completes the “Good Work” we were assigned to do.

With over a decade of experience in community leadership and business strategy, I specialize in aligning mission-driven initiatives with sustainable scale. I believe that leadership is a marathon of focus—a constant process of growing into the weight of the assignment while maintaining the clarity to lead others effectively.

Whether I am preparing for a speaking engagement, consulting with organizational partners, or directing community-wide programs, my commitment remains the same: to move from vision to finish with integrity and peace.
