Dates/Times

  • September 21-22, 2026 (optional activity, September 23, 2026)
  • Monday, September 21, 2026
    • 8:15 – 9:00 am: Registration
    • 9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Conference
    • 4:00 – 4:30 pm: Networking
    • Evening: Dine-a-rounds (optional dinner with a small group of conference attendees; sign up at the conference; participants are responsible for their dinners)
  • Tuesday, September 22, 2026
    • 8:15 – 8:55 am: (Optional) Idea Think Tank and Breakfast
    • 9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Conference
    • 5:30 – 7:30 pm: Networking Social and Activity (location to be announced)

Registration

  • End-Of-Year Special Registration: $975.00 per person up until December 31, 2024 (other discounts do not apply) – CLOSED
  • Early Bird Registration: $1,055.00 per person up until June 30, 2026 – OPEN
  • Just-in-Time Registration: $1,155.00 per person, from July 1 through September 20, 2026
  • The registration fee does not include the optional add-on activities listed below (Networking Social and ERG Leadership Certificate)

Group Registration and Payment:

  • A team lead can pay for a group in one transaction and a conference code will be provided for team members to use during the registration process
  • Groups of 8 or more participants receive a 10% conference discount beginning January 1, 2026

1. Networking Social

Description: Join us for a networking social following the conference, featuring food, beverages, and an engaging activity to connect and unwind with fellow attendees.
Participation Fee: $30

2. ERG LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE

ERG Leadership Certificate (only available for in-person attendees)
Title: ERG Leadership Certificate
Description: The ERG Leadership Certificate course components consist of the following:

  • Brief history of and introduction to ERGs
  • ERG business case and business alignment
  • Structure: ERG charter, enterprise structure, group structure, ERG and Executive Sponsor roles and responsibilities
  • Internal partners/collaborations: Communications, HR, Community and Belonging, IT, leadership
  • External partners: Community engagement
  • Management and operations: ERG launch, recruitment, programming, engagement, retention, growth
  • Evaluation: metrics, shared outcomes

Date/Time: Wednesday, September 23, 2026; 9:00 am –  3:30 pm EST
Participation Fee: $550.00 per person (a discounted rate that includes a $445 conference discount off the standard fee of $995)
