Conference Participation Fee

Early Bird registration: $455.00 registration fee per person up until September 23, 2022. (This fee does not include the optional add-on activities below.)

Just-in-Time registration: $495.00 registration fee per person from September 24 to October 11, 2022. (This fee does not include the optional add-on activities below.)

Group registration and payment: You can register and pay for a group in one transaction. To register a group, send a request via the Contact link found on the Contact tab. You will receive a group registration form and payment link.

  • Mentor/Advocate/Sponsor support
  • Personal support

Pre-Conference Workshop: $155.00
Title: New and Early Stage ERG Workshop
Description: This workshop is designed for new and early ERG members and groups. ERG and DEI professionals will provide guidance on creation, structure, purpose, priorities, implementation, leadership, challenges and business alignment. Includes group discussions and exercises.
Workshop Sponsor: Siemens USA

Post-Conference Workshop: $155.00
Title: Workshop for same of similar ERGs
Description: This workshop is designed to connect individuals from the same or similar ERGs to share ideas, learn from one another and discuss challenges and solutions.

ERG Leadership Certificate: $300 (conference discount)
Title: ERG Leadership Certificate
Description: The ERG Leadership Certificate course components consist of the following:

  • Brief introduction to ERGs
  • ERG business case and business alignment
  • Structure: ERG charter, enterprise structure, group structure, ERG and Executive Sponsor roles and responsibilities
  • Internal partners: Communications, HR, DEI, IT, leadership
  • Management and operations: ERG launch, recruitment, programming, engagement, retention, growth
  • Evaluation: metrics, shared outcome

A pre-course worksheet will be required to complete prior to the course.
