Meredith Skrzypek Arthur is the Chief of Staff for Pinterest’s product innovation lab. Dedicated to building the future of inspiration products, their team of startup-minded creatives, engineers, and product thinkers rapidly test new technologies and unlock new market opportunities. As Chief of Staff, she tackles their biggest operational, organizational, and team challenges while creating transparency across the organization.
She created the website Beautiful Voyager in 2015 for overthinkers, perfectionists, and people pleasers. She’s an early pioneer in the “mental health at work” space and has shared her work on mental health employee resource groups in Forbes. Her book, Get Out of My Head: Inspiration for Overthinkers in an Anxious World, is out now. Meredith lives in San Francisco and has worked in the tech industry for the past fifteen years.
